TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the bestboost.pro website Service operated by BLACKBIRD TECH LTD (16244219), conducting business as bestboost.pro, registered in 142 Cromwell Road, London, England, SW7 4EF (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service Purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Responses to Requests by Boosters are given within 48 hours, in case buyer has purchased priority order the delivery will be within 24 hours. The time for service delivery is established by agreement of the parties. If within 8 hours after the appearance of the request, no answers were given to it, the User has the right to receive a refund of the paid funds, contacting the site administration.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
CUSTOMER DUTIES WHEN USING OR PLANNING TO USE OUR SERVICE
Bestboost.pro is not associated with Valve Corporation or any unauthorized entity in any way, shape, or form. Bestboost.pro, warns any customer or potential customer to refrain from violating, infringing, or making any illegal action in regards the intellectual property rights of Valve Corporation or any unauthorized entity.
By using our Site or any Service included under bestboost.pro, You accept and have made yourself aware of all our Terms of use, and You are aware that by purchasing any Service under bestboost.pro you know what you are paying for, and that the Service you are paying for matches your in-Game information.
You accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with bestboost.pro after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of Chargebacks stipulated in any payment method provided by bestboost.pro.
You, the customer, accept that if you open a claim after the order has gone through or the service has started or been completed, you are in direct breach of bestboost.pro‘s terms of use, and legally bound to either close the claim or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by bestboost.pro, no less than $50 and no more than three times the original amount if the order placed cost more than $50. Should you fail to abide by either option, you, the customer, accept full liability in a court of law as determined by the European Trade Laws.
You accept that once your purchase has gone through and is marked as ”In Progress”, or a booster or coach has been assigned, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If service is not completed by bestboost.pro you have the right to receive store credit fitting what is missing from your service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of bestboost.pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of bestboost.pro.
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted Payment Methods. bestboost.pro accepts payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods made available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete.
Pricing and Currency. All prices displayed on the Service are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. bestboost.pro reserves the right to change the pricing of any service at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Payment Processing and Security. All payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions. bestboost.pro does not store your full credit card details on its servers. If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank or card issuer in connection with your purchase.
Chargebacks and Disputes. If you have a payment concern or believe an error has occurred, you must contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback on a completed or in-progress order without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms, as set out in the Customer Duties section above. bestboost.pro reserves the right to recover any losses resulting from fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, including associated fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Before Service Starts. You may cancel your order at any time before a booster or coach has been assigned and the service has commenced. To cancel, you must contact our support team via the site. Upon a valid cancellation before the service starts, you will receive a refund of 95% of the original payment amount, or store credit equal to the full amount paid, at your discretion. The 5% deduction covers payment processing and administrative costs that are non-recoverable.
Cancellation After Service Has Started. Once a booster or coach has been assigned and the service is marked as “In Progress”, cancellation is no longer available for a full refund. If you wish to stop the service at this point, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit corresponding to the proportion of the service that has not yet been completed, as described in the Refund Policy section below. No refund or credit will be issued for any portion of the service that has already been delivered.
How to Cancel. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team through the bestboost.pro website. You must provide your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Cancellation requests submitted by any other means (including social media or third-party platforms) will not be accepted.
Non-Cancellable Orders. Orders that have been fully completed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Additionally, orders that were placed with incorrect in-game account information provided by the customer are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the service has started. It is your responsibility to ensure all account details submitted at the time of purchase are accurate.
REFUND POLICY
At bestboost.pro, we offer non-tangible digital goods, which cannot be “returned” once purchased. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness in cases where services are not provided as expected. The details are as follows:
- Eligibility for Refund Before Service Starts
If your order has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a partial refund of 95% of the original payment or store credit equal to the amount paid. This deduction accounts for processing fees and administrative costs.
- Refunds After Service Has Started
Once the service has commenced, refunds or store credits will be provided based on the proportion of the service that remains incomplete. For example, if 40% of the service remains unfulfilled, you are entitled to a refund or store credit for that 40% of the total order value.
- Inability to Complete the Service by Season End
If we cannot fulfill your order in full by the end of the season, we will provide a refund or store credit for the portion of the service that was not delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the service that remains outstanding at the season’s end.
- How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. For partial refunds, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Store credits will be available for use immediately upon confirmation.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refunds are provided if the service was completed in full.
- Refund requests made after the season has ended and the service was delivered according to the original agreement will not be honored.

Bestboost.pro has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that bestboost.pro shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
